God's Colors

This was the Fall 2014 Theme: "God's Colors"
The curriculum I use wanted Polka Dots, I didn't feel polka dots were enough so I added the paint/rainbow mix with it.

 The children loved the oversize paint can, and the paint spilling!

 Painting our attendance was a blast as well!

My First Post!

Wow! I'm a blogger! I want to use this space to generate ideas to fellow Sunday School teachers! We have such a huge responsibility, and shouldn't be taken lightly. If school teachers can blog and share ideas, so can Sunday School Teachers! So on my first blog I want to share with you some of the amazing transitions my classroom has went thru for each new theme and quarter. 


Starting with "Down on The Farm"

As you can see I used store bought farm animals, and hand drew the barn & sunflowers.

Next, "God's Kingdom"
The Children LOVED the castle! We all enjoyed pretending to be knights, and trying on armor!
All Hand Drawn! 

"Petting Zoo"
Again all hand drawn!
The Children enjoyed naming the animals, and "feeding" them every Sunday!

"Underwater"
Honestly who hasn't done an underwater theme before?!
Again all hand drawn!

"Rain Forest"
 I AM STILL IN LOVE WITH THAT TREE!
One of my favorite themes by far!
All handmade!

Keep checking back! I'm going to continue to add so much more! I am currently working on a "Gingerbread House" Theme and can't wait to finish so I can add the pictures!
